Trance: He doesn't need to sleep, and magic can't put him to sleep. He can finish a Long Rest in only four hours if he spends those hours in a trancelike meditation, during which he retains consciousness.

'Lumbo appears to be an stealthy, agile and light-haired elf. His manner is casual and somewhat glassy-eyed. He is known to self-medicate by smoking strange herbs in his ever-present pipe. His habitual haze is complemented by his extraordinary, often supernatural luck.

DESIGN NOTES
His attributes mimic his state of mind. His clouded mind represented by his average INT and low WIS. I leaned into his fey nature as an elf by granting him those same spells he is resistant to, as his go-to spells at 1st level.
